Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with JStylez Customs. Each press-on nail order is carefully prepared and packaged to help it arrive safely.

Order Processing

Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Made-to-order or custom sets are processed within 5-10 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Orders containing both ready-to-ship and made-to-order products will ship together when all items are complete.

During launches, sales, and holiday periods, processing may take longer. Any expected delay will be communicated by email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping charges and available services are displayed at checkout based on the destination, package size, and selected delivery method.

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and accepted by the carrier. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions may cause delays.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the label is created.

A shipping label marked "pre-shipment" means the package is being prepared or is awaiting its first carrier scan.
